I did go take a look at my P365X (2021 build) take-off plate, and I do see some evidence of threadlocker left on the male threads that fit into the sight body. By the way, and you may know this, but there is not much actual difference between 2mm and 5/64, so I ...See below, the original iron sight has a little piece that sits in the middle of the plate protruding down, without the cutout in the slide it will not sit flush. Below, you can see my slide does not have the cut even after the film is peeled back: Here is another P365XL and you can see the slide does have the cutout.
