Seeing the game and class balance only by the prism of open world is pointless. Get 1 dagger with bursting sigil and a pistol and scepter with torment instead of these 2. demons and malice add nothing because you're at 100% torment duration. as a dps harbinger, you want to bring nightmare runes instead of tormenting. they're just better in overall damage. trinkets are just ass tbh. get full ascended vipers for maximum damage.
