Maybe they introduce some wicked HP sniper ammo with which you can onetap people in the chest if they don't use armor. The mosin is the cheapest way to onetap PMCs in the head even when they use Gen4 (not 100% on gen5, with LPS). Also the mosin is the best sniper in the game imo, no reason to take R700 / DVL or even SV 98 anymore.
