This has been a common issue with Teams Meeting. My recommendations would be the following: Ask your Teams Administrator if "Allow Recording" is deactivated in the Meetings Policy for all users. Reach out to your M365 Teanant Administrator to create a support ticket to resolve this issue with a Microsoft Engineer.
Teams meeting recordings are now saved by default in OneDrive and SharePoint. We can't change the default location. This is by design. But you can go to another location in the OneDrive site. For example, transfer recordings from one channel to another.
