I'm sure the people on the phones at Xfinity are nice and are just doing their jobs but I just cannot take another 45 minutes only for someone to have no answer to my question. Our internet goes out (not just wifi, my wired connection also drops) around 12:30 pm EST every single day for the past couple of months.
